Who we are
AM Landscaping ("we", "us") provides landscaping services across Greater London. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at info@am-landscaping.example or 020 7946 0123.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The service you're enquiring about
- The message you send us
We don't collect payment details, and we don't require you to create an account.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a quote
- Keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up appropriately
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Where it's stored
Enquiries submitted through this site are:
- Stored in our database, hosted by Supabase
- Emailed to us via our transactional email provider, Resend
Both providers process this data on our behalf and are contractually required to keep it secure.
Google Maps and reviews
This site embeds a Google Map of our service area and, where configured, displays recent reviews pulled from our Google Business Profile. Loading these embeds may set cookies or collect data on Google's behalf, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We don't control this data.
Our WhatsApp buttons link out to WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Any message you send us this way is handled within WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy, not this site.
Cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party content (Google Maps) may set its own cookies as described above. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information we no longer need
To do so, email info@am-landscaping.example. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The date at the top shows the last update.
